Payment Information: Credit card and billing details required to process your flat-rate payment. (Note: Payment data is processed securely through our third-party payment processors via Acuity Scheduling; Back Mechanics does not store your full credit card number on our own servers).
Device & Usage Data: Standard analytics data collected by Squarespace when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our pages.

We will only contact you via SMS text message if you explicitly opt in by checking "Yes" to the text messaging consent question during your booking or intake process. These texts are used strictly for logistical purposes (such as appointment reminders or scheduling changes). Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
