Clinical bodywork is an investment in your performance. You shouldn't have to carry the financial risk of wondering if a treatment will actually work. That is why every session is backed by a two-part guarantee protecting both your time and your money.

1. Scheduling Guarantee

Your schedule is demanding and meetings shift unexpectedly. You have complete freedom to self-reschedule your appointment penalty-free up to 1 hour before I am scheduled to arrive at your door.

2. Pain Relief Guarantee

I don't sell relaxation — I sell pain relief and restored biomechanics. If your pain levels have not improved after our session, I will refund your payment in full.

48-Hour Recalibration Window

Releasing chronic tension and breaking up fascial adhesions is intense physical work. It is completely normal to feel some soreness for the first 24 to 48 hours as fresh blood floods into the tissues and your nervous system recalibrates. For this reason, I ask that you evaluate your pain levels 48 hours after our session. If your original pain hasn't decreased once the tissue settles, the session is on me.

How to Request a Refund

There are no hoops to jump through and no awkward phone calls. If your mechanics haven't improved after the 48-hour recalibration window, simply send me a text (425-699-3218) or email (dan@backmechanics.com) within 7 days of your appointment and I will process a full, frictionless refund to your card immediately.
